For just the coat I'd say about $100 I hope that's ok with you ^_^ You'd pay me the first half to get the materials, then the 2nd half when I'm ready to send it. I send you pictures to keep you updated on the progress. I could add the pants for about $50 more *that's less than designer jeans these days that have holes in them ^_^ hahah I have no idea why people buy pants with holes in them... just make your own! hahah*

*half would be cost of materials, the other half is to pay for my labor* (this is my part time job need to pay rent somehow)

I saw that in japan they go for more than that.

In the future I'd like to start an import costume store to sell the actual brand name costumes ^_^ They'd be a little more expensive, but they're imports. Think people would buy them? Or do you guys know any reason why there aren't many people doing this already? *I personally haven't seen anyone doing it in the states in bulk..* cept maybe at the cons...

I think that your proposed business will be a hit (especially with all the cons that are happening). I dont think that theres alot of people doing it so far but there are sites (all in Japanese) that offer these products.
