Two more seasons? They must be milking this for all it's worth. The first season wasn't bad, but it wasn't groundbreaking either. The historical elements felt sanitized, the romance cheesy. I have a feeling these new seasons will just be more of the same – predictable plot twists, melodramatic speeches, and a reliance on Sanada's charisma to carry the show. Hard pass for me.

Hold on a second! Are we talking about the same Shogun? The one with Richard Chamberlain and those amazing sets? Back in the day, that miniseries was epic! Can't believe this new one is getting extra seasons. Limited series they said! Now it feels like they're just chasing trends. Don't get me wrong, Sanada's great, but there's a certain charm to the original. And let's be honest, capturing that whole sweeping historical saga in a miniseries felt just right. Two more seasons? We'll see if they can recapture the magic or drag it out like a telenovela. Color me skeptical, but curious
