How many Final Fantasies have YOU beaten? o_-

Tactics was fantastic. I think I played that 8 hours straight once.... then I got stuck.

Just wasn't powered up enough and the game wouldn't allow me to go back.:redface2:

I've beaten two of the games.

Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VIII

I haven't played anything else and I no longer have either VII or VIII (disks broken) but I do own X-2 for the PS2.

you know, i watched my brother play a LOT of tactics, but it never was for me. i'll be the first to admit that i stink at anything that takes too much strategy ^_^;;

to remark on the FFVIII draw system, i think that turned a lot of people off. it was just...TOO different. i tried fiddling with it a little while ago, but i know a guy that got almost halfway in and then had to restart because he wasnt drawing enough. looks like XII is gonna change things again, but i like what i see on the demo...

Bleeeegh Dont even bother with X-2. It had its moments but for the most part it was trash. There was no real pace in the story. Some parts were kewl but blegh. If you are going to play more FF games pick up FF9 and FF10 definitely. Forget FFX-2, it will only just turn you away. 10 had a beautiful story and ending. A real tear jerker.

X-2 is pure, joyous, escapism for me. I have yet to finish it, since I'm going for the Perfect Ending, though.

Heh -- well for $9.99 (bought it at Best Buy using Game Crazy's ad) it matters little to me if it's trash or not. Or was that one that was $4.99... I bought two games at Best Buy using Game Crazy's ad - one was $4.99 and the other $9.99.

So Far I have beat IV, VII, VIII, IX and X, And I've been working on I, II, III, V, and VI.


Though I have to Commend anyone started out with Final Fantasy VIII and was able to muster up the courage to try another Final Fantasy Game after that.
