I've seen these done on other boards, and I know that the collective HJU fanfic experience is twenty times that of a typical shipper fic. so how about this?
The theme for this challenge is A Meeting of Heroes
Here's how it works:
Each poster who wants to participate posts the name of one Toku hero(or Toku Team), and one comic book hero(or team). For example: The Flash and Shaider. Then when we have enough participants, I'll randomize the heroes and give out an assignment. So even if you suggest Black RX and Deadpool, you might wind up with Hibiki and Superman. After the randomizing, I'll assign a deadline, most likely by mid october.
Here's a few guidelines:
#1) A story in this case has to have a minimum of five hundred words.
#2) Multiple Posts are allowed if you have multiple chapters.
#3) No slash, ship, sex of any kind, or furries.
#4) Neither hero can look good at the others expense. You can have the hero rescued by the other, but this is supposed to be a team effort.
Since I started the challenge, I'll put my hat in the ring. My two selections are
GARO and The Runaways
