For the love of God... why are these pills huge?
My new doctor has recommended that I take 800 IU of Vitamin D and 1200 mg of Calcium to supplement my diet and current vitamin regimen. So I went and bought the vitamins last night. Each pill contains 400 IU of Vitamin D and 600 mg of Calcium so I have to take two pills to get the recommended dose she told me (and what the bottle says as well).
These pills are HORSE PILLS! They are almost as big as a penny. Hell it is as wide as a penny and probably between 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick! And I have to take two of these?! Ick.
Why can't they put these in a nice little gel tablet or capsule to swallow? Noooo, they have to be solid little pink bricks of nasty tasting pills. Bleh. That and the L-Lysine I take and my normal vitamin pills which I have to stop taking since that contains 800 IU of Vitamin D. Nasty. Nasty.
Least it's not as bad as Iron pills. Even though my pills are tiny they still taste nasty.
