Who do not know this name must think its an school drama but actualy this a quite famous school in Japan. Its known for having various J-artist to graduat from it. In this video you see Yamapi graduates, also Tanaka Koki(KAT-TUN), Ikuta Toma, and Shirota Yu(d-boys).

Other from Johnnys were Sakurai Sho, Okada Junichi, Tomoya Nagase and Akanishi jin(i think could be wrong).

Also WaT's Teppei Koike(gokusen 2, Lovely Complex) attended this school.

Hmmm Sho was in that clip but I'm pretty sure that he was too awesome to go to Horikoshi, I remember reading that he was in schools attached to Keio University from Kindergarden on. Jin did attend but he never graduated.

There's an article about the school here. There she saws that it's known as a very low quality school. It does have something to do with entertainment because they offer a special course for for kids signed to agencies and they can miss school as often as they need to.

Well if you look at the date the article was written before HSJ was formed and he left, though I do seriously wonder what happens to kids in the arts course when they leave their agency since they must be signed to one to do the arts course. Also worth noting, back when YamaPi and Toma went there all the kids in the arts course were all in the same classes regardless of grade level so even though they were in different grades they were in the same class! But I heard it's not like that any more.

weird though sho and Tanaka are the only ones i rememberd to get a high degree form university/college.

Well Sho didn't go to Horikoshi anyway so that doesn't matter, he went through the Keio system and graduated from Keio University so that makes sense.

Right now YamaPi and Tegoshi are both in college and they went to Horikoshi. And I think Shoon from Ya3 also went to Horikoshi and I know he's in college now. Also I think Hasegawa Jun is also in college, if not finished. Quite frankly, I would automatically doubt that the reason any reasonably popular Johnny got in a college (except for Sho cos he's perfect in every way). I think it's good publicity for a school to have a popular idol attending...

In general most of the older Johnnys only have middle school or high school degrees. Tackey for example never finished high school and Kanjani8 only has one or two members who finished high school. So that many juniors are even finishing high school and going on to college is a big step.
