HJU - ACEN 2009

Alright... I actually heard about this site from a friend at Acen, so... this is an intro post as well.

You guys make me really want to watch Go-onger as soon as I finish the last few episodes of Den-O. Every one I met was so enthusiastic and helpful, I felt bad being relatively new to Toku. That and the quality level of our Kamen Rider costumes was so much lower than every one else's, it was rather embarrassing. That will teach us to start on them the same week we leave. Regardless, it was a lot of fun, I learned so much, and there was even some Kamen Rider merchandise in the dealers room. Sadly some one else bought that big V3 before I could grab my wallet, but oh well, Riderman and Stronger are awesome too, plus suspiciously cheap DVDs, your subtitles are so much fun. Nothing for Decade or Sentai that I saw for sale though, I was a little sad, lots of Ultraman though.

All right - roll call. Whose going to ACEN this weekend? I know Keith is, get in here chief. And I guess we can use this thread to show some pics when alls said and done - and we're sober again.

Well, I'll be there; representing Hidenori by cosplaying both Hiroto and Yaguruma.

Ah, well, even if it turns out bunk, I'm a big fan of Hidenori and I like the designs for the show, so it can't be a total loss.

Yes, that is Den-O yaoi doujinshi, I looked absolutely every where in the dealers room for some doujin and only ever found that one. I was hoping for some Hoppers or Deneb, and Momo/Ryu is an odd pairing, but it's all I could find. You know, I scan in most of my doujinshi, but never my Toku stuff, my Megumi no Daigo stuff, or my Brave series stuff because I didn't know any one else who liked it, so if you like Kamen Rider doujinshi, I just so happen to have a scanner and some spare time. I've got some Ryuuki, Kuuga, and now some Den-O.
...and a lot of fanart stored up. Just say the word and I'd be glad to share.

Hidenori is a badass. The only man to appear in Sentai, Rider, Metal Heroes, and Ultraman. :buttrock:

As shougo said "Hidenori has been to all 4 corners of the toku world".

While I wasn't a fan, here at HJU... like whatever you like. If we give you stuffnjunk for liking it, it's just in jest. I hate Den-O, but will always love that people love it.
