High and Mighty Color

Anyone else know about them? They're a fairly new band, they've done a few anime openings. Their first single was a song called Over, came out sometime in 2004 I think. I think they were still under their old name at the time so it was re-released in 2005 with their first "official" single being Pride. They're probably my favorite act this year, not just out of new groups. The way the lead female vocals and male vocals are pulled off is great and it has one of the best guitarist I've ever heard.

Heh -- surprisingly I've heard of them but I have not heard their music. If I recall, they did Bleach's third opening.

As you mentioned they are a newer band and released their first single just a year ago.

In my quest to discover some more J-Rock, I heard about them. (Right now all I have is Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Masami Okui, and Do As Infinity.) The song I got of them didn't impress me. I've been looking for a fan of their music to recommend a specific song to me so I could maybe get into them, but so far nothing.

Ichirin No Hana is the song that they use for "Bleach", right? I've heard of them. My friend downloaded what they've released so far, and I copied it to my hard drive. good stuff

I know them but only from their song 'pride', which was used in Gundam Seed Destiny if I'm not mistaken ... but that's about all I know of them
