Help with Toku/mecha action figures.

I'm wondering with Eva 01 to get; the Chogokin one or the Movie Realisation one? Movie realisation looks cooler, but I don't know about the shade of green they used, and am unsure about the F-Type armour. Something looks a bit too "cartoony" about the Chogokin for want of a better word.

Is the Moby Dick Cutie Honey dollgure any good? How does it stack up scale wise with 6 inch figures?

Also, which is the best GARO figure to get? Again I may be displaying it with 6 inch = 6 feet figures. I'm thinking the SIC or Equip and Prop might look better. Did Mark Musashi get a figure in this line?

I have all the eva chokogins, and looking at the movie realization it is more flexible, and you can see the eva without any armor. I would get the newer one, because the older one is expensive.

Sort of-- he was the suit actor for Zero. But if you're talking about Kodama, alas, there was never a figure for him.

I really like the look of the E&P figures, but be warned that they're not the best-made figures. The armor is a pain to put on-- literally: you have to push really hard, and there are spiky bits that make this really difficult to do without skewering yourself. This is worst with the Dan and Kiba figures. And even when it's on, sometimes it doesn't stay on... or the joints are loose enough that you need a stand to hold it upright without shelfdiving and it can hardly hold its weapon properly (I'm looking at YOU, Zero)...

That being said, I've got Garo, Zero, Kiba, Dan, and Winged Garo. But if you're only looking to display one, you may want to try to track down the Souchaku Henshin or Kiramekibitou figures for Garo, even if they are way harder to find.

Is Garo or winged Garo better? Winged Garo seems to be more available and more impressive looking so I'd lean towards that.

Winged Garo is a much better figure overall, yes.
