We all have those beloved game franchises that we’ve grown up with, but sometimes they feel stuck in a rut. I was thinking about series like "Final Fantasy" and "Legend of Zelda." Both have had their ups and downs, and while the latest entries have their charm, there's a sense that they could benefit from new ideas or a radical shift in perspective.
For example, Zelda has a rich lore, but could we see a darker, more mature take? Or what if Final Fantasy leaned heavily into the action RPG mechanics but with a much deeper narrative focus, similar to what we see in titles like "The Witcher"?
I'd love to hear your thoughts! Which franchises do you think need a reboot, and what kind of changes would you suggest? Do you have specific mechanics, storylines, or even artistic styles in mind that could bring new life to these classics? Let's brainstorm some fresh starts!
