I really have to give Geoff credit for resisting the urge to slap his forehead.

If anything, the sex scene is more like a brief show of intimacy than actual sex, there are no sexual acts shown, no thrusting or even moaning if I remember right.

New York Times is just as good. But it's true. No one will see that news story. Im surprised EA and BioWare havent attempted a lawsuit. You can't just report a blatant lie and tarnish people's good reputations.
