Firefox question

I'm switching from Internet Explorer to Firefox due to IE's sluggishness on certain websites. So, here's my situation:

On IE, you can set IE to update web pages automatically. Is there a similar feature on Firefox?

IE always have problems with certain sites because IE always have errors and bugs. The creator doesn't do anything about it.

FireFox owns all!

Didn't know that IE has a feature that tells you that a website is updated...where do I go to set that on IE?

On the FireFox browser, click tools up there and then options...when the option box comes up, go to Feeds....click in the option circle there that says Subscribe to Feeds using... click Live Bookmarks and then click ok

There's probably an add-on.
