Female tokusatsu shows

Female tokusatsu shows are the weird side of tokusatsu in my opinion. Such as Mighty Lady, Cutie Wrestling, among a slew of others, some are based off of the Super Sentai series. It's weird since the heroine wears something revealing, or something that looks a little weird, and all the fights are woman vs woman, and the fighting looks weird. Just type in Mighty Lady or female tokusatsu on Youtube and see for yourself. Why their creators made it like that, I'll never know.

Yeah most of those shows are "indie" toku shows though some of them verge on adult video. They are primarily hetero male fanservice, but I'm not sure if there is any more to them than that as I don't watch those kind of "indie" toku.

That's some of the weakest heroine toku (if it can be called that), but HEY, are they doing their own STUNTS!!???

Yeah I remember reading something on Mighty Lady, and I saw it was called an indie toku. I also tried finding articles on indie tokusatsu's, but nothing. So why are they called that? And as a question, it's like anime fanservice but in a live action show?

Indie is short for Independant, which means it's not from an actual studio, but in most cases made by small groups on small budgets or no budget at all.
