Aside from the obvious answers from KR W, I like what Double says to Money, something to the effect of "I'm the two-tone handkerchief wiping away the tears of this city."
And, of course, Money responds with, "That's stupid."

My favorite quote from what I've seen comes from episode 12 of the original Kamen Rider series. Shocker has kidnapped the sister of a scientist so as to blackmail the guy into building a death ray for them against his will. He eventually relents and builds it and that leads to this wonderful exchange between the monster of the episode and the scientist.

<scientist> If I build this for you, will you really let her go?
<monster> You'll find out when you finish it.

I absolutely love that line. You're able to sum up Shocker in that simple exchange so completely. They're evil bastards through and through, they do what they want and when the ability to do so isn't within their means, they'll make it so that it is and they don't care what the expense is.

(scientist dude goes on to use the death ray to kill the monster at the end of the episode. yay for average joe(ish) wins!)
