Well, the hot water in a hot-tub acts almost like a sedative, in that it causes all the muscles in your lower body to relax a lot (and I mean A LOT). The tricky thing is that you usually don't feel it or realize it unless something like what happens to her happens to you. If her stomach was bothering her or if she had to take a dump (which she probably did since she asked if it was going to take long), staying in the hot-tub was a BIG mistake on her part. The muscles in her lower body relaxed to the point where she literally couldn't keep it in any longer.
