Exploring the Best Character Arcs in "Breaking Bad", Who Hit Hardest?

"Breaking Bad" is one of those series that stays with you long after you've watched it. The character arcs throughout the series are phenomenal, and I can’t help but think about how each transformation really shaped the narrative.

Walter White's descent from mild-mannered chemistry teacher to ruthless drug kingpin is, of course, the centerpiece. But I think Jesse Pinkman's journey also deserves a ton of credit, he starts so lost and immature, but by the end, you can see him grappling with guilt and trying to find redemption.

What about side characters, though? Gustavo Fring's calculated facade versus the chaos he eventually faces is a wild ride. And let's not forget about Hank Schrader, who undergoes some serious changes himself as he grapples with the truth about Walter.

What do you guys think? Who had the most compelling arc for you? Any specific moments that just blew your mind? Would love to hear your thoughts!

It's hard to pick just one character arc, but Jesse's really stands out for me too. His evolution is so raw and heartbreaking. Watching him go from the carefree slacker to someone desperately seeking redemption after all the trauma he experiences, like in that moment at the end of Season 5 when he finally confronts Walt about Jane, just hits you right in the gut.

And Hank's transformation is super compelling as well. The way he swings from the confident DEA agent to a man questioning everything he believed in adds so much depth. That moment in "Ozymandias" when he realizes who Walt truly is? Heart-stopping.

What do you all think about the way the series used flashbacks and foreshadowing to build these arcs? I felt like every little detail was interconnected, making the character growth even richer. Any specific episodes or scenes you think nailed the storytelling?
