How big is this guy compared to other DX mecha like King Pyramidder?.

is not that big,it all most the same size as the zeo Super Zeo Megazord.

Unfortunately, the 'larger' scale mechs like Dai Voyager etc have shrunken down along with the regular DX mecha.

it's weird FK. One year they are tiny, the next they are a decent size. they vary widely. Remember when I tried to put the Ginga Lights armor on my Gogo V robo? Same deal here. It varies so much. But the Bouken Mecha are overall pretty Schweet in a Transformers G1 kind of way.
