Ok, well for the last, oh I dunno, year/2 years my comp has been running fine, but about an hour ago it started freezing and my internet kept cutting off. I ctrl alt deleted, and it said I was at 100% CPU usage. It wasn't even focused on a single document. Files would switch around and it would still be at 100%. I searched the internet as best I could, and I got nothing. It stopped doing it now, but I don't understand why it was doing it in the first place. Right about now it's hovering around 90% to 100%. Can anyone help me?
EDIT: NVM, it stopped...after about 30 minutes.
