Let me say before I even click the article. I already have Six Games on my DS all of which totally rule!!! So I don't need WI-FI to warrant my owning one....now lets see what this says....
UPDATE: SWEEET! A USB connector for those of us without Wirless Internet. What I really like is the Final Fantasy news link that was next to the article...there's a couple more games for my library.

I was saving up for a DS even before I knew about this, the USB is just a bonus as far as I'm concerned

The problem here is Im a huge fan of Fighting Games and Racing. PSP has them. DS doesnt, not that I've seen. And even if DS did have fighting games, chances are I wouldnt be able to play them effectively with the small ass D-Pad they put on there. I mean seriously, Nintendo comes up with great innovative ideas and yet they exlude a certain market of gamers in the process. I'm not talking about Age market. I'm talking about the Genre market. What about fighting games and racing games nintendo? I just cant see myself pulling out a Surprise Rose or a stream of Hadoukens on that small ass D-Pad and it's upsetting that Nintendo didnt stop and think about that earlier. No they were too busy thinking about touch screen and raising digital puppies. All very kewl but what about the traditional games?
The only thing I've seen from DS that I want is Mario 64 but only because it's 4 player and I love that. But other than that I havent seen a game yet that grabs my attention. Where as PSP has two genres I love and more. What sucks about PSP is that Sony doesnt give a ****. Nintendo does. If EA were to release such a craptacular game and faulty game as Madden 06 for their DS nintendo would be pissed. They would have demanded answers. Hell Nintendo wouldnt have allowed it to be released in the first place. They demand quality and I love that. No Sony and EA dont give a ****. They just say "**** it. Oh well" and keep going as if nothing is wrong with releasing a faulty game. But the sad thing is PSP does have what I want and so far DS doesnt. The horror... the horror.
