To us straight men, inside our minds we believe homo boys are gross. There is nothing wrong with that. Since most of us know not to say what's on our minds. We know to just say what those people WANT to hear and move on.

That's a pretty infantile attitude to take. The fact that he's gay won't lead to the cancellation of his series. If anything, it could potentially draw even MORE attention to it. The only thing that causes a show to be cancelled is low ratings. As long as their shows are doing well and getting lots of viewers, producers don't care if any of their actors are gay or not.

Him being gay isn't gross. But I am wondering about what they're going to do about the show, as his character is written as a woman hound. Perhaps they'll use it on the show to say that he was just pretending to date all those women to hide the fact and he no longer wants to and starts chasing men around like he did women.

Or, he could be playing a character on a show, and it could have no bearing on the character at all because he's not his character.
