Oh my God, I am old... because... it does build character! Oh ****, they were right!!! O____O!!!!
NOOOOOO!!!!!! :bawling:
Dude, you're not old. It's called, "that's pretty damn obvious." Trust me, when you live on your own...you will not only have to get used to doing your own shiet, but it's survival. For example, there's nothing that personally ticks me off more than after a LONG day at school, teaching 25 kids, my own stuff, and finding myself starving and there's a pile of dishes in the sink; it happens sometimes I am so busy, I don't even have time to do those...but you know what? Ain't nobody gonna do them, so if I want to eat, I get off my ass and do it.
RSR, after college for a year, I lived at home, and while my parents and I fought EVERY day,but it wasn't until I came out to live on my own to realize how easy I had it. It's a part of that old saying, you wanna be treated like an adult, you gotta act like one. Dirty dishes, or a meal not made for you, and realizing that's why it's part of the "growing up thang" is a the beginning of getting out on your own and living your life. When you're sick...if you have friends to take care of you, you're really one of the rare lucky few. It's why singles living alone have to be healthy and fit, cuz you can't afford to get sick.
And face it, come on, we don't want to live dependent on others for stuff like that...every guy and girl IMO, don't care how old or circumstance, should know how to wash dishes, clean toilets, do laundry, cook rice (in my case), and maybe one dish.
