Doctor Who toys/playset info?

Not too intereseted in Doctor Who, though I've been thinking of checking it out. Anyway, I saw these figures and thought they were interesting. Decent likeness and all.

I'd consider getting some of them if they weren't a mere 5 inches tall, but the playset really caught my eye. Even though (from what I've read on the series) it's a show specific piece, it might still make a nice display for other Scifi toys.

So I was wondering if anyone may have seen (or even bought) the figures/playset and had anything to say about them.

I'm a life long Who fan, and I am also considering picking up these wonderful toys. However, I wish they would make in-scale figures of the other 8 Doctors. Anyways, here's a review of the TARDIS playset:

It's too bad the figures are only in 5 inch scale otherwise I think I would get them. But the playset on the other hand, maybe it'll be out of scale for 6-7 inch figures, but it looks so good! I'm still debating whether or not to get it though. But the more I look at the pictures, the more I want it. :anime:

Haven't watched any Dr Who for years, but these figures look very nice and detailed.

This news is weeks old, but I learned that a company called Underground Toys will be distributing the Doctor Who figures and other merchandise in North America next year. Also heard a rumor that they may even be doing some original merchandise the next and following year.
