Do You Know What a Tyme Machine Is?

If someone from out of town asking you were the nearest Tyme Machine is... so you know, they aren't looking to return back to the future.

They're looking for money.

It's funny how many MidWesterners don't know this when traveling about, but the rest of the world doesn't call it a Tyme Machine... they call them "ATMs".

So... all my life I've been calling it a Tyme Machine, so I went on a trip once... needed some money and I asked where one was. Gas station attendant stared at me blankly and reached slowly for the phone to call the police...

Eventually I explained and found out the riddle that nobody else calls it a Tyme machine.... weird.

Actually, I think it just might be a Wisconsin thing.

Just giving you guys a poorly written heads up. :D

Wild guess...machine? XD

No lie... hear in my lands, we call them Tyme Machines. I found out maybe... 5 years ago or so that the rest of the world called them "ATM's".

Sorry guys, just random thought in my head, pointing out how somethings local and normal to you are completely and utterly alien to other folk.

Like... I hear in some places "soda" is referred to as "Coke" no matter what brand it is...
