Do you guys like the current format of Riders per KR show?

Yeah I think out of the Heisei Rider series, I would have to say that Ryuki, Faiz and Blade did the best job of incorporating their multiple Riders into the story.
The idea of 13 Riders in one show sounds like overkill, but they were able to make it work within the context of the show. Some of the Riders were short-lived but at least they helped move the story forward too.
Same thing goes to Faiz but for some reason, I can mostly remember the character developments of Takumi and Kusaka. I think the perfect amount of Riders that should be in a show is 4. Blade did a great job in giving us a storyline arc for each Rider in that show as well. Kenzaki and Tachibana were the main focus until Leangle arrived. Then once Leangle was established, we finally find out what Chalice was all about. By the end of Blade, each one of them had changed from when we first saw them.
If Toei decides to create another show with more than 4 Riders, I hope they will have it all plotted out so we won't get anymore plot holes like in Kabuto. It's not right to make your viewers automatically assume how they got their Rider powers no matter if ZECT, Smart Brain, BOARD, etc. are the architects behind the powers.

That would be overkill.
More like 1 male rider and all 5-6 female characters (Rider and non-Rider) want him all to their selves.

Lol, what I would give to be that rider. But it won't happen THere's barely any female Riders at all.
