[Dark Kabuto]

I've been working on this the last little while: My custom metalic Mini-pla Candy Toy Gosei Great:

It ain't perfect of course, but for what I tried to acomplish...I think I did alright...

Paints I used:

Gamesworkshop:
Chaos Black
Mithril Silver
'Ard Coat

Tamiya:
Pink
Green
White
Clear Red
Clear Blue
Clear Yellow

Basically, I took the Mithril Silver and gave the parts a fair coat of that, then I went over the Mithril Silver with the Tamiya clear colours, the result's the metalic coat you see on some of the parts...I used the 'Ardcoat over the parts I could not do this with...to give it a similar effect.

What's your opinion of the Microman GaoGaiGar figures? I have an opportunity to get them real cheap and was wondering if it was worth it.

While I can't comment on Guy Shishou(As I got it autographed, so I'm not ever taking it out of the packaging) I can say that Swan and Mikoto's something to skip...they both have their share of problems...but if you can get'em cheap, I say go for it.

I actually got the set of 3 GGG Micromen, plus Chunli(Which was given to Vangelus) for about 3000 yen on Yahoo Japan auction.

Been working on this the last few days: My metalic Gosei Ground...same method as before with Gosei Great, only with a slight variation: I used Boltgun Metal instead of Mithril Silver on some parts.

I've been working on this for the last little while now: painting the Minipla Samurai Haoh

I'm rather embarrassed at how Yellow turned out, I made the mistake of using some Tamiya I had left over, and things got a bit...messy.
