I loved the way the movie shows the importance of friendship and communication.What caught my attention is the time period differences. 1999 feels like such a nostalgic era now, with the turn of the millennium right around the corner, and 2021 isn’t that long ago, but it’s a world apart in terms of technology and culture. This kind of "time gap" between the characters could create a fascinating dynamic, especially as they share stories about their lives. I love that they’re students going through similar experiences despite being decades apart. It’s such a great premise for reflection on how much, and how little, things change. I’m eager to see how they connect over their different timelines!
