Disney and Webtoon team up for Disney Cursed Love series

[BoosterGold94]

Looks like Disney and Webtoon are expanding their partnership with a new series called Disney Cursed Love. The project is leaning into a blend of romance and fantasy, starting with a fresh take on Belle and the Beast. It's interesting to see Disney continuing to explore different formats for storytelling.

I wonder how it'll stack up against some of the classic tales. Anyone else excited for this?

The collaboration between Disney and Webtoon sounds like a fascinating twist on the classic stories we know and love. With Belle and the Beast as a focus, I'm really curious to see how they reimagine those characters and themes within a romantic fantasy framework. Disney's animated films have long embraced the idea of love overcoming obstacles, but bringing that to a Webtoon format could introduce some fresh narrative styles and art techniques that we haven't seen before.

With such a rich history of storytelling, I'm wondering how they'll balance honoring the classic tale while also carving out new ground. Are there specific elements or scenes from the original story that you hope they include or reinterpret?
