Dino thunder toy questions

Recently I was looking at Dino Thunder toys and 2 questions came to mind:
1. Why didn't BOA bring over the Sephilazord? Did they just not want to or was there a safty error like with Spiral Saber
2. Why did they recolor the Blizzard force Megazord?

Im drunk so I dont even but to answer your question:

1. It was probably just a money thing, and they figured no one would care.
The biggest problem would be to sell a set with a zord all alone since there were no other zords to really bundle it with without upping the cost on other sets.
2. I feel the abaranger version was a bit too bland, and they recolored it to spice it up a bit. They also added a green ptera zord which I thought was awesome.
