Well you are lucky we have YouTube and internet now where you can find help to make it work. I have to buy magazines back then to figure out how to beat the final boss.

To overcome the last aeon, I largely depended on the Magus Sisters and Anima. First called the magus sisters and hoped they would cause enough harm. I then dial Anima after they have left. That works most of the time. It helped me beat the final boss with flying colors.
