Did RX ruin Black's ending?

Question. Whatever happened to Roadsector?

I never cared because I liked Battle Hopper so much better and was glad he got a new life (even though his Acrobatter look is kinda clunky).

Was RX really a few years after Black ended?

Hmm...I guess not. The Japanese Wikipedia says "half a year after the Golgom events..."

I always thought it took place a year or two later! I know others have mentioned that. Weird...well, that doesn't help RX's case for me -- Kotaro becoming so darned happy in half a year is even worse! :laugh:

I don't think that show would be any better even with a different guy as RX. I've read that Fiveman's Ryouhei Kobayashi was signed to play a Rider in the late '80s, but the deal fell through.Toei liked him enough to keep him in mind for Fiveman...I always wondered if he was really meant to play RX and they decided to just stick with Kurata, because you can just picture anyone in that role, it doesn't even need to be Kurata/Kotaro.

RX may have lost parts of the darker and more serious feel of Kamen Rider Black..

However, for me it's still a kick ass show!! :thumbs:
