I don't know about anyone else, but I can't really choose between them.
While they are still rock in some aspect of the sound, Destiny's Play is hard-rock based while Individual System is techno-rock based.
Individual System, like Ryoutaro-san said, is a catchy song. I don't find myself getting tired of it either. However, that being said, I also find Destiny's Play a catchy song and I still haven't gotten tired of it.
The only reason why people got tired of D.P. was because before it was actually released, we were nearly smothered by it.
That and I also have a very ecclectic taste in music. I can listen to just about anything.
