For example I'm selling iron man 2 figures and they told me not to include shipping in my profit

So 17.99 without shipping is only 5 dollars profit since it's only 13 dollars at Walmart

Dad- it's not worth it to drive back and forth buying these figures

You mean you WANT to make $50 profit + more.
Selling something for more than what you paid for is everyone's goal. Just remember that any item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I haven't checked recently, but I don't think a GaoKing was going for that much on Ebay anywhere (unless it was the black version).
