I don't think that the galaxy or the universe is what they are implying rather than the KNOWN planets, which probably aren't that many, maybe 100 at the most, I mean, think of the distance between the planets we know of in the Milky Way, having 100 Dekas isn't too far-fetched considering they have the means of travel but I'd like to hope that each planet that is part of SPD has a branch with a Deka Squad.
