omg i loved deathnote... when the first one came out in jpn..i happened to still be there.. so i dragged my friend with me to the theatres (and jpn theatres are fricken expensive!!! O_O) and we watched it together

i can't believe they made a 3rd movie though O_O

The 3rd movie has been announced for nearly a third of a year, it was a surprise release in a way.

[hide]Its both a prequel and a sequel, it focuses on the last 23 Days of L's life, as well as L's life in the orphanage with Mello and Near[/hide]

I'm still waiting for them to do an american version of the first two movies. I loved Light, it's too bad they had to eliminate the tennis scene, that was my favorite but oh well. I'm gonna wait for this to get subbed by someone cool.
