I don't have low self esteem.
Okay. For those who are unfamiliar, Dax Flame is a video blogger on YouTube. His channel can be found here..

Dax Flame is pretty much noteable for the weird things he does such as gurgling chocolate syrup, sticking tape all over his face and ripping it off, saying mean things about his mom, and other stuff. He gets bullied alot on YouTube, mostly from people posting comments in his videos and sending him PMs, which lead him to post his infamous video where he announces that he'll be ending his blog. He later changes his mind and continues making blogs, only later he made an unfortunate appearance on public television. Despite this he's still not given up blogging and is currently still doing it today.
Anyway, to get to the point, lately there's been some controversy on YouTube over Dax Flame being fake. People are spreading the word that Dax Flame is actually an actor portraying Dax Flame and making up stories. There are many YouTubers trying to prove that Dax Flame is fake. Trouble is, to me none of which seems to be convincing that Dax Flame is fake. One YouTube tried to use the fact that Dax Flame only subscribed to one other YouTube channel, but I'm pretty sure not even that's enough, I'm sure plenty of other YouTubers only subscribed to one channel, some even subscribed to none. What else, another YouTuber showed how in Dax's earlier videos he seemed calmer and in his more recent videos he's more hyperactive, but to me that just seems more like Dax getting more used to blogging.
And what else? There's stuff speading around on YouTube about Dax Flame being portrayed by somebody called "Madison Patrello".

Er... right. :rolleyes2:
So... how can a girl actually portray a boy? Yeah, sure Dax Flame's house looks similar to Madison's, but judging from the look of this picture, Dax Flame looks a lot skinnier than Madison. Or maybe it's vice versa, Madison Patrello is actually portrayed by a male.
Or maybe it's just a simple case of Dax Flame and Madison Patrello are 2 seperate actors who just live in the same house. Maybe they're students living in an apartment.
And Dax Flame isn't the only YouTuber getting accused of being fake. Many other YouTubers get it too. For example, LisaNova (who I recieve bulletins from but never really watch her videos). But WHY? Why would people make fake blogs? What would be the point?
And to be honest, if YouTube is going to be overloaded with fake blogs, then I think that's sad, because I prefer to watch real video blogs, such as Nuodai, and HakkaUnico (who by the way hasn't made any new blogs for a LONG time, maybe she's busy but I still love the CareBear video). I like to watch "real" people's video blogs, because that's what's part of the fun of video blogs, and if it's all acted out then that just takes all the fun out of it.
But anyway, back on topic, do you think Dax Flame is real or fake, and why?
