Honestly? I think the controls are horrible. Once you get use to them I guess they would be okay, but I don't like it. I think it's stupid also how each wrestler has like 7 moves.. and some of them are the same.
Now, through story mode and by earning points through exhibition you unlock moves for your CAW, but I'm not sure if these moves are also for the regular wrestlers and are unlocked as you unlock them. I have yet to see any of the moves I've unlocked done by any of them.The game surely isn't worth $60 I'll tell you that. It'll prob. hit the bargin bin within the next few months.
I can't wait for SvR09 now. I am normally not a big fan of those since it's basically repeated stuff from previous years and out dated rosters... but TNA iMPACT has me rooting for the day SvR09 is released.
They could have done so much for for this game, and the fact that it took them two years to make it makes them look bad.
You can punch and kick you opp. into the ropes, but when you go to do a rope grapple you guy's arms just move, since you can't do those types of moves. I also don't think you can toss them off the top turnbuckle either. I've seen them jump on you and punch you in the turnbuckle, ram your head into it and do monkey flips like Trish Status, but that's it.
Yeah.. in a way it's like women fighting. Monkey flips, they even have the angry woman stomp as your move to kick while your opp is down, LOL. I wondering why they didn't put the famous bitch slap Stephanie always did in it while they were at it!
