Could Jon Stewart appear on Power Rangers?

This isnt entirely regarding this video. But in the Aug 14th episode (one of the latest episodes) John mentions "My son wants me to be a Power Ranger and uh.. I have asthma". (jokingly)

And it got me wondering, would John Stewart ever appear as a guest on Power Rangers because of his sons obsession?

Indeed! It just seems, at this point, it seems like hes interested in popping up on shows his son watches. It seems like something Jon might do.

But for the life of me, I cant imagine what kind of character he would be on Power Rangers. It would be hilarious if he was ever a comical villain like Lothor. :laugh:

One thing's for sure: he'd definitely make Power Rangers a whole lot funnier than it is now.

If Stewart did, then there would be a **** load of complaint from the parents to Disney about why he was on Power Rangers and thus ultimately putting the franchise to death (Which I am hoping that it will happen).

I think the better question is "why wouldn't they?" Most of the reasons can't really be discussed here....but man, that would be one awesome show if he did appear, lol.

I think it would be a horrible idea. I mean, c'mon, he clearly said it as a joke. Why the heck would someone like him wanna be on Power Rangers? What next, we gonna try to get Stephen Colbert to make an appearance?

This is in regards to the August 14th episode, not the 13th. In which he said "Now Im trying to appear on shows my son watches to keep him interested in what I do" and "He wants me to be a Power Ranger and.."

Etc. I think, with those lines alone, it's incredibly possible. None of his audience connected with the Power Rangers joke. I'm going to assume he did that silly routine for his son. lol. And if he's willing to invoke Jungle Fury on his own TV show, I really wonder the possibility of him appearing in an actual episode of PR just for his son's sake
