Oooh I love TV Tropes.org! One of my favorite site to waste time into. Careful...its ADDICTIVE! This is one of my fav trope too. Very clever.

Doesn't matter. The rule applies to ALL 'elite fighters' and in Naruto the 'highly visible ninjas' ARE the elite fighters.

You mean when Kagami shortly became Zabee? That doesn't count. He had been ordered to fight Kabuto and still thought Tendou was his friend! He didn't have the heart to fight him. Plus he just wasn't suited for the job.

That site is pretty awesome. And a lot of that stuff is true.

You cant really compare Kabuto to the Worms, especially when he defeats teh same amount as Kagami, probably more.
