A Geek Octagon! if there's a fight that erupts due to geekdom, you pull down a cage and let them go at it. Get Bruce Buffer and Herb Dean as well.

hey! im giving advice now am I? besides, everyone else has taken all the serious good ideas, it's just nice to mix things up with the absurb :P

I don't know if you'd want to implement something like this, Mega Ranger, but my local comic book shop in high school had this awesome policy where he would sell comics by local artists and give all the cash from the sale back to the creators in exchange for an autographed copy of each issue. He was a really cool guy.

Yeah, Arcade games are a great idea. We were gonna do it at the shop I used to manage but we just didn't have the space for it. Well lighted displays are a must. A good variety of stock too. Best not to be one dimensional. I warn you though Megs, comic shops are a tough business. Damn near all the ones around my way have closed up shop, mine included. I have to troop all the way to Times Square for my books nowadays. :redface2:

-A Japanese manga section. Having a broad range of comics will attract millions.

-TOKU SECTION! Show that we didn't ripoff Voltron!

-Special Thingy Weekdays. Have something special go on one day a week. Cosplay maybe? DDR contest? Speaking of..

-Arcade machines. Try putting in some old school arcade machines, such as TMNT, Galaga, or Marvel vs. Capcom. Heck, try putting DDR to attract *even more.*

-HOT. COSPLAY. FEMALES. If they see it, they will come (take that however you wish.)
