Castoffable clothing on figures?

What exactly does "Cast offable" clothing this mean? My Friend sometimes sends me lin kto figures with terms or gimmicks he hasn't run into before. Usually I can explain them but I have never heard of a figuire that has clothes that "Cast off" (insert Kamen Rider Kabuto joke here) All I could dig up was it comes off but why not just say it comes off. Is there some sort of catch, like it can't be put back on or do they come off in pieces like the armor from Kamen Rider Kabuto?

i just did a search on that particular figure. the clothing does come off to be more revealing. i can pm you a link that has a review and pictures show what it looks like with the clothing coming off if you want.
