This is what I assess for what they can do.

Hearts Category 10 (Shuffle) - lets you use your rouse cards in the same battle once they've already been used

Diamonds Category 10 (Thief) - Invisibility ?

Clubs Category 7 (Gel) - you can turn into liquid ?

Spade Category 10 (Time) - freeze time for a few seconds

Spade Category 8 (Magnet) - Unsure

Diamonds Categoty 8 (Scope) - probably gives you better vision or the ability to see in the dark

Why would this be impossible? Other than Garren's buckle being destroyed, but they could always make another.

The way Blade's story went was that King form was an impossibility. This was stated by Karasuma and Hirose, Shiori's father. For a special reason Kenzaki was able to achieve it. His hidden attribute was never really explained. But as stated in a normal case, King form is an impossibility.

Why would this be impossible? Other than Garren's buckle being destroyed, but they could always make another.

They mentioned before that King form is impossible (with the exception of Kenzaki). But then again, Kenzaki had enough EH to transform himself into Joker. He's got a really high fusion rate for a human.

That's what I thought it was.
That Kenzaki's King Form was not a true king form, since he fused w/ all 13 Undead. And that was suposed to be impossible, not a "normal" king form.

Well the way Karasuma expected the Rouse absorber to work was for the person only to fuse with the category King. But was puzzled why Kenzaki fused with the 13 Undead. As we have seen the use of Evolution card, it normally tends to call to the power of all the cards in the category, like with Blade and Chalice. So most likely Karasuma didn't completely understand the purpose of the Evolution card.

I think it also might have allowed the ability to take on (thief/steal) other forms. The unspoken rule of Chameleon monsters in Kamen Rider is that they can usually 1) turn invisible and 2) shapeshift. Chamelon-Phantom in Kamen Rider X was also able to turn into a fake X-Rider, just like how Titan could become anyone he wanted to.
That's also why I think in Ryuki, Verde's Copy Vent let him turn into Knight, not just duplicate his weapon.

Well, you could say invisibilty is a form of shape-shifting; like a real chameleon changes colors to blend in with its environment, Titan was just changing his form into a transparent one, or something like that.
