Which direction from Downtown?

I take the 10 west to get to Little Tokyo/Chinatown. And a good Dim Sum place I know in Chinatown is called Empress Pavilion. It's located on North Hill Street, near the 110. (well, it's the only dim sum place I know in Chinatown, the rest are in Alhambra and San Gabriel)
