C.Viper is back in Street Fighter 6! Her name is Viper! Crimson Viper!

This made me feel like it’s 2009 again. I used to play C. Viper all the time in SFIV. She was difficult to learn, but once you got her combos down, it was so rewarding. I was worried she would be forgotten, especially after not showing up in SFV. But now she’s back, and the timing couldn’t be better. Street Fighter 6 is growing fast, and bringing her into the current roster shows Capcom is serious about legacy characters. Her hunt for Bison adds tension, especially since he’s already back in Year 2. That’s a story I want to follow.

Honestly, this trailer was not enough for me. It’s nice to see C. Viper back, but I think the teaser was too short. I wanted to see real gameplay. Just showing her in World Tour mode is not enough to judge if she will be strong or interesting. Also, the reveal being leaked hurts the excitement. EVO is a big event. Things like this should happen live.
