Do you have a DVD burner? You can either buy something like Nero or something that will burn DVD's. I usually use DVD Flick though, which will burn just about any file type. It's fairly easy to use and its free. Download it, Follow the directions in the guide and your set.
You can try and burn VCD, but it won't burn more than two/three episodes a disc. It's been so long since I've had to use a VCD burning software, I'm not really up on what is the best of the free software.
If your dvd player can play data dvds. I got an easier way for you to watch them on your tv. First you get vdubmod. You open the file on vdubmod and make sure it says direct copy on vdubmod. After that cut out the screen savers or picture that tv-n has on the video. Then save the file. After that just put them on a data dvds and you be able to watch them. I'm able to put 16 to 18 episodes on one dvd.
I have everything ready I just need to put it on the disk, but when I try to, it says I need to format it. I'm using a DVD+R, so how do I go about the proccess of formating the DVD?
Unlikely. In order to burn stuff onto a DVD, you specifically need a DVD burner. It's like how if you have a bunch of diesel fuel that you want to use, you need to put it in a car that specifically runs on diesel.

It should not a say anything about formatting the DVD at all. You're trying to burn it on a brand new/blank DVD, correct? As long as you're doing that, then the burning program (Nero or whatever you're using) will automatically "format" it while it burns the disk.
