He wrote The Big Hit (1998) and Love and a Bullet (2002). None the less he is a terrible writer (which is why he's not admitted into the Writers Guild). His Luke Cage (2011) script is, pardon my french but its just this bad, pretty much Niggas the Movie. Seriously the first line in the entire god damn thing is "**** Nigga". Its pretty much a giant stereotypical black man movie.

Well anyone can, its all a matter of getting your script out there and finding someone with some power in the industry that likes it. And sometimes these people that like some of these scripts aren't necessarily intelligent lifeforms. I mean hell look at the guys that gave the green light to Jason X, Dragonball Evolution, and Mortal Kombat Annihilation
