Boldly going where no other FK has gone before (Star Trek)

[FieryRed]

I'm by no means a hardcore Star Trek fan, but I was introduced to ST back when TNG was airing in the 90's and it is still the series that I like the most from the franchise. Unfortunately, the movies are hit-and-miss, with the odd numbered movie generally doing much worse than their even-numbered counterparts. However, Abrams essentially broke the curse by making a great first movie which neither Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Star Trek Generations were able to do, and I hope the sequel will be just as good, if not better, than its precedessor.

Btw, if I ever have the opportunity, I'd love to see TOS as well as watch TNG from beginning to the end. I know DS9 received alot of accolades but I have no interest of watching it, perhaps it is due to the fact that I was a huge Babylon 5 fan awhile ago. Neither Voyager nor Enterprise really interest me very much.

Wait till you get to the best Trek series, Deep Space Nine.

I know DS9 received alot of accolades but I have no interest of watching it, perhaps it is due to the fact that I was a huge Babylon 5 fan awhile ago.

It seems silly to skip a good show because of something like that. I liked B5 too, and DS9 is my favorite Trek series. You should just watch it.

[Forever Knight]

Tonight it begins.

[Kamen Rider Cero-G]

Good luck, solider. atriotic:

[Forever Knight]

Should I bring condoms or is this going to be an all out sausage fest?.

[Kamen Rider Cero-G]

Bring some. You don't know what those green skinned space babes got. :coolshades:

[Forever Knight]

Watched the 1st 2 episodes and it didn't bore me at all. I was really into it. Clang was played by former WWF wrestler Zeus. I am liking the cast as well and the spandex the Vulcan broad is wearing is sexy.

I think this was a good idea. I am really interested to see the Enterprise explore the stars and see new planets and galaxies.

[Forever Knight]

Ever since I was a kid the only alien woman I thought was hot was the broad from Total Recall that had 3 boobs. That is until I met Tpol.

She'd look smokin' with long hair.

[Herman the German]

In all technicality, Movie 8 likely takes place sometime between DS9 Season 5 Episodes 23 and 24 and VOY Season 3 episodes 22-24.

Movie 9 technically takes place sometime in Voyager's fifth season.

Just sayin'. :B

[Forever Knight]

and the other movies can be watched any time?.
