Urge to buy....RISING! 
Before I saw PL, I thought that perhaps Faiz comes with the Wolf Orpenoch to fight against. But now I possibly know why it comes with Faiz. Damn I want this SIC Faiz figure! That would look so SICK on my shelf! I'd probably put it in the Kick Exceed Charge mode like in the movie where he's getting ready to kick after attaching the Pointer.
Wait a minute! The title mentions a SIC Orga and Horse Orphenoch! Could this possibly mean that there IS gonna be a SIC Orga with a SIC Horse Orphenoch ala PL?

I'm going through my comic book order for July and I thought you guys would like to know that the Faiz/Wolf Orphnoch figure is being solicited in the current Previews catalog. (Previews Volume XV #5, pg. 479 to be exact)
It's retailing for $39.99 and scheduled to ship in July.
