Kirk and Picard tower over all the rest and between the two of them I call a tie because each is cool in their own way.

Picard is cool because he can always find a way to make the rules work for him or find the loophole nobody else sees. He does Starfleet better than Starfleet itself.

Kirk is cool because he'll throw the book out and get the job done to save lives. The man who does not believe in the no-win scenario. Kobiyashi Maru? **** that, son.
