My favorite Masked Rider civvies is those of Shigeru Jou/Masked Rider Stronger. His wardrobe is awesome! A stylized "S" letterman sweater in different colors, denim jacket/jeans, & black shoes/gloves (almost like Jiroo/Kikaider).
Daisuke Yamamoto/Amazon is another favorite, with awesome civvies that perfectly match his wild personality.

This. I know his outfit is cheesy and painfully 70's...but it's awesome anyway.
The roses on his jacket and bell bottoms are a nice touch as well.

I think I'm gonna give it to Minami Kotaro. But it's a tie between his grey jacket look from the early episodes of Black and his awesomely herocool zipper jackets from his Decade appearances.
I also like Hongo both in his suit from the early eps and much later when he was rockin a leather biker jacket. Both have sort of become signatures for him. I like Godai in his Kuuga symbol shirts.
Gotta dig Shotaro's look with the Windscale fedora and vest, I liked Ryo/Gills with the chain wallet and leather sportcoat combo and Takumi's navy coat and gloves as well as when he's sporting the red biker gloves and cord wallet. I liked Takumi's Phi symbol dogtag to.

Minami, Kotaro-san's Black and RX default costume it applies very awesome. So does for Tendou, Souji's first episode costume which he holds a tofu the first encounter met Kagami. Nago-dono's costume 7-5-3 t-shirt.
