Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Beta

I've never played Battlefield games but downloaded the beta and played a bit of it today. meh, it just seems like Call of Duty to me. Not quite sure what the difference is yet. But, I've barely played Call of Duty either, so...

I've noticed the gameplay overall is alot slower, mainly due to the MUCH larger maps. You go down in about the same number of hits, but i find the handguns are way more effective in BF3 than in BO.

Another things where Battlefield shines is Vehicle combat (from Jeeps, Tanks and Choppers all the way to Fighter Jets), though the map they are using for the beta as of this post is a non-vehicle map.
